LaTonya Whitaker is a Mississippi native. She is currently teaching American Southern Style cooking using Japanese ingredients for Niki's Kitchen. Recently she has done a cooking show for American Day at Koshigaya Laketown Mall and is featured in the September 2012 edition of Lightning Magazine for a summer menu of Ribs, Baked Beans, Broccoli Salad and Cherry Cheesecake. she has also been featured on NHK and Nihon TV for her cooking classes. LaTonya spends her time performing and teaching two Gospel Choirs and providing workshops in the Kanto and Kansai area.
David Whitaker is an active sound engineer and musician,
performing around the country as well as being involved in various live
and studio projects. He is known for his versatile styles ranging from
Hip Hop to Gospel, including Soul, Jazz, R&B and almost any other genre.
Motoko Tomita also know as "Momo" is the sunshine of the team. With deep love of cooking, especially Soul Food, she works hard aiding with the preparation and cooking of every meal to ensure each client receives quality service.
