Taste the Love Sri Lankan Coconut Rum Punch

We made our first original drink for some friends wedding we went to in Sri Lanka. We wanted to share it with you.



We call it Taste the Love Sri Lankan Coconut Rum Punch.

Take one can of Coconut Milk
One small can of Condensed Milk
500ml low fat milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or a little more if you like.
2 caps of vanilla
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender until nicely smooth and frothy. 
Enjoy as is or add as little or as much Rum to your liking and enjoy.


If you like the Puerto Rican eggnog,  Coquita, you'll love this. But PLEASE remember that a good cinnamon and vanilla are key. So if you can't buy Sri Lankan, try your local Indian market.
