People Wanna Eat 10/2- Blackened Catfish

This week's menu is traditional southern seafood and so delicious

Blackened Catish is a beautifully pan fried piece of catfish 

Maque Choux is a traditional Louisiana mixed vegetable dish that has corn, green peppers, tomatoes, garlic and celery. 

Mashed Potatoes are David's favorite. Made up rich and creamy as to compliment the catfish and maque choux perfectly.
